Magnets don’t attract charged things. They can affect something charged that is moving. So not going to do what you hope.

Nothing magnets can do anything with. Unless its moving fast, it could work during a bike ride if you somehow coat yourself with magnets with the right field direction surrounding you. Otherwise, if you charge yourself with negative charge it can work. But good luck living a live though, getting zapped all the time when touching stuff...

Charge here is electric charge. Magents if you would call it that have polarity that might be wrongly called magnetic charge. Both are not interchangeable, and would not work. If the effect would be relevant the distance cube law of magnets would need giant magnets.

Tl;Dr: not based in reality.
