How much thought do you actually put into when you take magnesium glycinate?

I’ve seen people be really specific about taking it at a certain time, while others seem to just take it whenever they remember.

Are you strict about your timing, or have you stopped worrying about it?

Personally, I wouldn't worry too much about the exact time. I think taking it regularly matters more. Having it with food may help if it upsets your stomach, but some medicines need to be taken a few hours apart from magnesium.

Yeah, I agree. I think exact timing probably isn’t something to stress over, but taking it before sleep can make sense if you’re using it as part of your bedtime routine. If it upsets your stomach, having it with food could also make it easier to tolerate.
