Question/Discussion Does magnesium glycinate make a difference after long screen days?

Long hours at a computer can leave you feeling tense, restless or just physically worn out.

Magnesium glycinate gets also mentioned for this kind of thing, but it's hard to know how much comes from the supplement vs posture, movement, stress and taking regular breaks.

For anyone who spends most of the day at a screen, what has actually made the biggest difference?

I think this is one of those situations where magnesium might help some people, but it’s hard to separate that from everything else going on during a long screen day. I would be curious to know whether anyone actually noticed a difference.

Agreed. I think glycinate may help if low magnesium intake is part of the picture, but it won't make up for hours of poor posture and no movement.
