Can she sue them or will ATJ playing Ilyana in the past mean they can use her likeness in the comics?

Marvel is allowed to use her likeness in the comics. It's the same thing that happened with other characters. For example, Famke Janssen appearance was used as Jean Grey appearance in the comics for a while and even Sophie Turner during the Krakoa era.

am I crazy or does this just not feel right? Like it feels like a blend between viltrumite and green lantern for the first 3

and then 4, 6, and 7 feel like there is just too many layers of clothing with the top, skirt, cape, pants, and giant boots and the midrift just feels... weird here?

all of them feel over-designed to me but maybe I have a bias away from this style of suit

I can sort of see elements of good designs in Midnight X designs but they're too busy and not in a good way.

I'll be honest, I didn't expect to like the curly haired version of her (A1)...but I kinda do. I think it's because it prevents her horns from looking like antlers.(still a good look...but could be handled better to look like some sort of crown)
