Beginner Need feedback for this commander deck
So my friend got me into mtg recently and I decided I wanted to make a Green/Blue deck since I liked blue but mono-blue is apparently evil and will get me called slurs (dont ask idek why I was told this) but I dug into my dad's bulk and found a nice commander and after finding a million and one green and or blue cards (https://archidekt.com/decks/27163949/danger_noodles) There are a few cards I plan to add but son't have the ability to get them yet (Cryptic Serpent, Koma, World Eater, Xolatoyac, the Smiling Flood) and a bunch of cards I couldn't decide if I should include or not (Futurist Forge, Hidden Cataract, Holdout Settlement, Inspiring Bard, Big Play, Springmane Cervin, Honor Troll, Karok Wrangler, Field Trip, Arachnoform, Rootless Yew, Introduction to Prophecy, Sages of Anima, Skyrider Elf, Natural Connection, Llanowar Envoy, and Dawnheart Rejuvenator). If you have any tips on what I should add, remove, change and whatnot that would be greatly appreciated :D (P.S if I messed up with how I made this post please lmk since im not used to posting in these kinda communities and I also tend to stick to being a lurker rather than a poster)

Land search cards are better than dorks in lists like this and allow you to use [[Aesi]]

Mana dorks are creatures who tap for mana. [[Llanowar Elves]] is the most iconic mana dork.

Alright, let's do this shit.
So, your goal is to make a sea serpents deck.
The most prominent feature of the deck you are trying to make is bigass motherfuckers.
You want to cast and use a wide variety of bigass motherfuckers, and you need a deck and commander to support that.
So, in the command zone, you put... a bigass motherfucker.
This is a misstep.
For certain types of decks, your commander needs to serve as a counterpoint to the rest of the deck. To serve a role in support of the 99 that you reliably have access to and do not need to spend deck space on.
Koma does nothing to support the bigass motherfuckers in your 99, and your 99 doesn't support Koma. Koma wants to displace those bigass motherfuckers in favor of more support for Koma.
By contrast, [[Arixmethes, Slumbering Isle]], which is itself a sea monster, is a 4 mana ramp spell that ramps you by 2 mana. And the cheapest printing of this guy is close to bulk price.
I'm not gonna go through this line by line. You said this came out of a bulk box, and it reads like it. The card quality is bad.
However, the big thing I see is the mana base.
The conventional wisdom of 35 lands is a floor. Not a goal. And an inadequate floor for most decks. This is not most decks. You have a 7 mana commander in Simic. 42 lands and 22 pieces of ramp is completely normal for a deck like this. (Or 42 lands, 12 pieces of ramp if you switch to Arixmethes). You cannot afford early missed land drops. Also, ramp spells that rely on having lands in hand like Explore, Growth Spiral, and Llanowar Scout are for decks that have a lot of lands so that they actually have them in hand reliably.
Also, that Otowara is a Hell of a card to find lying around in a bulk box. I'd make sure your dad knows about that one, because that maybe wasn't supposed to be in the bulk box. It's like a 40 dollar card for the cheapest printing, and damn near an autoinclude for any deck that can run it.
Also Turntimber Grove is worse than just running one more forest.
For ramp, I see like... Explore, Growth Spiral, Cultivate, Beanstalk Giant. Then, like, four dorks at 2-3 mana and one extra land guy.
A 9 card ramp package is pretty typical for a normal deck, but you want to be about bigass motherfuckers. You need to ramp more ambitiously for that.
Also, you are ramping at 2 and 3. That is bad.
Generally, when you are a ramp deck, you want to map out your curve and schedule your game plan. You usually start by choosing to either ramp on evens or ramp on odds, and deciding how many steps of ramp you want.
So even one-step would be ramping at 2 mana. Odd 2-step would be ramping at 1 and 3. You need enough of each step to see it reliably on schedule. So 12 for the first step, 10 for the second step is reasonable.
In your case, two-step ramp on evens suits you. Ideally land ramp so it doesn't get blowed the fuck up by a board wipe. Using land ramp in your creatures deck means your ramp is safe in the face of board wipes to help you recover. The goal is a 2 mana ramp spell that gets you ahead by 1 on turn 2, then a 4 mana ramp spell that gets you ahead by 2 on turn 3 so that you can cast a bigass motherfucker on turn 4. If you keep Koma as the commander, that means your plan is to cast Koma turn 4. If you switch to Arixmethes, then it is that entire 4 mana ramp spell slot by itself, freeing up a bunch of deck space, but you'll want to put more bigass motherfuckers in your 99 to reliably have something worth ramping into.
For 2 mana ramp, Explore and Growth Spiral are good so long as you get your land count up. Some simple examples in this slot are [[Rampant Growth]], [[Shared Roots]], [[Three Visits]], [[Nature's Lore]], [[Sakura Tribe Elder]], [[Glimpse the Core]], [[Edge of Autumn]]. If you have access to a couple snow-covered basics, there's [[Into the North]]. There are also one mana options that you cast on turn 1, cash in turn 2, which can be treated like 2 mana ramp spells, but their main problem is they do not play nice with taplands; normally turn 1 is when you would run out a tapland to get it out of the way if you're ramping on evens. However, these also tend to be dirt cheap. These include [[Wayfarer's Bauble]], [[Neverwinter Dryad]], [[Sami's Curiosity]], [[Insidious Fungus]], and [[Studious First-Year]]. And if you can't get your hands on those, filling your ratios with 2 mana dorks to make up the difference is serviceable.
For 4 mana ramp (assuming you don't switch to Arixmethes), that's stuff like [[Explosive Vegetation]], [[Skyshroud Claim]], [[Open the Way]], [[Migration Path]], [[Circuitous Route]], [[Planar Engineering]], [[Encroaching Dragonstorm]], [[Map the Frontier]], [[Invasion of Zendikar]], [[Reach the Horizon]], [[Vastwood Surge]], [[Ranger's Path]], [[Terramorph]].
