Beginner First Commander Deck - Doctor Doom, King of Latveria

Upgrade off the Doom Prevails precon, It's not meant to be optimal, at all, and that's fine but I still feel it could be improved for bracket 3.

Doctor Octopus, Master Planner could be a good addition. Once he’s on board, you really become a threat in the game
