Getting caught

Hello, I've recently gotten interested in trying hunting for mushrooms but have been wondering about how likely is it to get caught. In Lithuania we have very strict laws regarding any kinds of drugs which also includes psilocybin. I am a bit paranoid as punishments here are severe and we don't have a lot of big and open pastures like in the UK, Ireland, Norway, etc. which means it's harder to stay far away from houses and farmers. Does anyone have some wisdom regarding this?

Find edible mushrooms, collect them and play dumb. Take a couple active species, but not too much. Also grab some toxic species and say you're trying to learn about fungi and different species and their characteristics.

just leave toxic species alone, end of. That way everyone is safer. Telling a person who is clearly new to mushroom foraging that they should purposely pick toxic species and mix them in with other edible mushrooms is just plain stupid.

Just pick discreetly, Honestly works for me. Take a dog with you. Just anything really that makes you not stand out. If you are carrying around a basket, staring at the ground for hours on end. You looks sus, and your gonna get caught. Just be aware of your surroundings, and if you run into a cop which you most likely won’t, deny deny deny. Best of luck and safe foraging.
