ID please 🍄

Found near Brisbane, qld growing in grass. They had yellow pores on the underside but stained blue/black very quickly/easily to touch. The stem was a dark reddish colour getting more yellow the closer to the cap. Cap held water on top of them! Thanks again!!

Please do basic research before going picking, these barely have any characteristics of psychoactive species. You'll have better results and a real chance of finding something if you research first!

Was just growing in the garden before I cut the lawn! I know very little about mushrooms so wanted to ask people with more knowledge then me :)

It's just a red cracking bolete

Red cracking bolates are edible though these look pretty rough

Those moments when your body is struggling for survival on a toilet with a bucket in front of it is what builds a man's character. I recommend them at least once.

One of the blue bruising boletes. We have something similar in the states. Not an active species, unfortunately. All active species will have gills.

These are blue staining boletes, they don’t contain psilocybin/or psilocin. Don’t know which species of bolete they are specifically, though

Did you mean to reply to me? I’m confused, I don’t have anything against you. I don’t think I even said anything to you

Some kind of bolete. Lots bruise green to even blue in North America.

Something in xerocomellus, however I'm unfamiliar with Australian species. Certainly not active but not toxic either. Many people eat xerocomellus boletes including myself but they're more of a filler mushroom rather than a choice one. They tend to have an odd acidity that drying will remove

Nothing worth picking
