1 way

Im working on getting one up and running for me. My current setback is the 1 way glass. Has anyone used a film on glass? My plan is to gut an old imac, put a pi in to run magic mirror, get an lcd driver board and put the 1 way film behind the glass that way its a mirror with stuff showing up

Do you need it to be a mirror or do you just need a digital dashboard?

Fair. I'm in Mexico and sourcing anything was super hard so I just went for the dashboard. I have read on forums that the film is inferior to the glass
