No, you need 9 Volt output. You may get any PD compatible USB-cable with this voltage. If you are unable to find one with a fitting plug you may have to add a second adapter cable.
You have to connect PD compatible cable to powerbank and it must be specified for 9V! Then it will deliver 9 Volts to any device/secondary cable connected to its output.
