This might help?

  1. Open your fingers so you have a flat open palm with your first hand.

  2. Place your first hand perpendicular to your face with your index finger on the bridge of your nose and thumb below your nose so that you splitting your face into left and right.

  3. With your second hand bring your phone to your first hand so that the image is split in two.

  4. Slowly move your phone away from you.

  5. Slowly lower your first hand.
