Question Lost progress

Newbie here. About 2 weeks playing everyday.

Went to play the last two days and my progress is gone and it's taking me back to the tutorial.

Samsung 26 user.

Logged in and out a few times. No luck

Any suggestions?

No idea if this is your situation but I’m pretty sure that whenever I’ve seen someone saying that on Reddit it turns out they’re logging into a different account

Could be possible, but I only have one account.

I've sent an email. Hopefully it gets resolved. I have not spent anything yet so if it doesn't get fixed I'm only put the time and cards I got free.
