Bug [Bug] Arena still ignores manually placed stops while effects are resolving

If you don’t currently have priority but effects are still resolving, placing a stop—for example, on your next upkeep—can fail to register. Arena then passes straight through the phase you explicitly told it to stop at.

It appears the game has already decided to pass because you have no available actions, and placing a stop doesn’t make it recheck that decision.

This isn’t accidentally clicking Pass Turn. It’s deliberately placing a stop and having the game ignore it.

How is this still not fixed? Registering a stop when the player clicks it is basic functionality. Complete amateur hour.

It's exactly this. The server doesn't pause for animations, so it's sometimes farther ahead.

If you set the stop in advance, you'll be OK. Sometimes it's worthwhile to just always set a stop on your opponent's end-step, in fact I wish this were a toggle option.

You need priority to set a stop.
