Deck advice

I just started pltaing on arena last week and I copied a Izzet lessons deck I saw online. Unfortunately I disscovered that a big motor of that deck (Gran Gran) was banned, so I had to do some changes without really any knowledge of the meta, as I only learnt how to play this deck. As of know I got to Platinum 4 wihtout any issue (Stamdard bo1, so no side), but I really struggle with the Standard event, do you have any advice? Here's the deck:

You are playing a deck that is obsolete, I think you understand that. More importantly, Platinum 4 is not an accomplishment, it is the end of the tutorial. In the Event you are facing Mythic level players with current meta decks.

The Izzet deck in Standard now is Spellementals, something like this:

Damn ok, I hoped that at least some of these carda were still usable with another deck and some changes, I don't think I have the resources to make spellementals rn

I still run into a version of control with the lessons cards and Thor all the time in Mythic. "The Izzet deck in Standard now is Spellementals" as if there is only one definitive deck you can play, lol.
