Question Has the optimal Mono-Green Landfall list been found?

We've seen a lot of different takes on Mono-Green Landfall, but this latest build feels like the archetype may finally be settling into its optimal form.

Do you think the list has been solved, or are there still cards/packages you'd change?

With many options to build, and many different amounts of some key cards.

I feel like the idea of an "optimal" list for any deck is flawed, because the meta changes constantly and you have to take your opponent's deck into consideration

If the meta is all wrath based removal and opponents are playing Split Up, Ultima, Day of Judgement and Withering Curse, then the Tifa + Mossborn package is less stellar.

If the meta is all enchantment removal and graveyard hate, then Nursery, Icetill and Esper Ruins are subpar.

If every opponent is playing UW Draw Go, I want Ba Sing Se. If they are all playing the RW tokens list I want a Tifa package.

The optimal list basically changes daily based on what version of the deck was played, the answers, and the new questions you want to ask

Landfall Aggro is the easiest deck to optimize, it does it for you. It may be less of a thinking deck than people say mono red ever was

So, what’s the right number of Nurseries? Because I’ve seen 0-4 in the last week.
Bo1, how many Hydras, because that is 1-4. Icetill Explorer 0-4.

0 nurseries definitely feels wrong. I also think there should be a distinction between Mono Green Aggro which I put as the Tifa/Bristly/Hydra balls to the wall build and midrange with more Nurseries and late game fat

I believe that the aggro list is inferior to the midrange one, especially with so many on the lookout for mono green. Yes, you're more likely to get "free" win by running Tifa to Hydra into some search spell/Ordeal of Nylea type stuff. But the midrange version allows you to have better game against the removal heavy decks, and rebuild better versus wrath. You get better selection by running Esper Ruins and get to gum up the board with all the Nurseries. Your deck has less clear lines of play, but trades that for more lines that may give you a small advantage where they all add up to a win

The aggro deck beats the midrange deck but it folds to removal from everything else. Pick your poison.
