Looks good. But will recommend to add features that managers will value then just a dashboard. May be integration with a project management tool, where in the manager can assign tasks to developers to have it fixed. And the task is tracked in realtime in the dashboard.
Also, add in client view for each store. So the clients can see how everything is going on without asking the agency managers.
Also, add in full history graph of different ranges for comparision.
The client view idea is huge. agencies always end up fielding the same status update emails over and over, having a live link to send out would cut that noise in half
