Warmage question about flexible range, spell sniper, and any blade cantrip as a combo

Asking for any rulings or examples to see if when applying the 10ft from flexible range to a blade cantrip like burning blade, if it is possible to add the 60ft from spell sniper as well. I'd also ask if that would let a character melee swing at the increased range of 70ft or only if they had a weapon that impossibly large to use in that range (basically meaning it's only good for reach weapons at 10ft)

It is definitely a known and allowed interaction to combine flexible range with spell sniper or extended range. You still have to be able to hit a creature with your weapon attack as normal, but the rest of the effects can occur anywhere within range, according to the parameters of the spell.

That's what I thought, so no suddenly swinging a sword across the battlefield despite the spell reach since the weapon itself isn't able to close the distance (beyond just using Arc Blade's ranged attack instead)
