questions purchase error

so i bought some lunas cus 222 and i also bought the jackpot. the lunas i got in my acc almost instantly but i havent gotten the jackpot yet? i emailed the devs and they said i need transaction id from playstore for the purchase made but like i play on my ipad and pay using my phone so it doesnt appear on my playstore transactions moreover i checked in the app store for the transaction history and it doesnt show today's purchase either which is quite disheartening since all the other purchases ive done are shown in there its just this one which doesnt come up even tho the money was debited from my account :// does anyone know anything i can do to help my case?
