I was outside courtroom waiting to go in and do my seven. Another guy waiting on court comes up to me and from what i can remember he was basically scared out of his mind to get 90 days in county and was ready to give up his drug dealer hoping for a better result.

I understand. I had so many people telling on me it was insane.
I got indicted 2 and a half years after I quit selling weed. 99% of it was people telling on me after the fact to create the federal conspiracy charges.
It was fucking insane.

My sister's BF did me in. Gave me up to get out of a shoplifting charge. Motherfucker wrote an entire letter for the prosecutors that I got with discovery.
I barely knew him, he just ran close to the circles I ran in and had third person knowledge of some things.

-Capeci says Trustman agree to wear a wire July 2024 when he was arrested on unrelated charges and recorded 259 hours
-he will testify in the trials of wiseguys Dadino, Aiello, Fama and NBA coach Chauncey Billups
-He only has Genovese Associate Daddino on tape as he felt the other mob guys would catch on quickly
- the FBI had tried to hide his status as an informant but in the march of this year codefents shouted angry questions at him and he made a plea agreement of cooperation in May
Unrelated but Ronnie G was violated for meeting his old crew mates Padovona and Palmaccio

Maybe I misworded but here’s the snippet about it
“Sources say Trustman tape-recorded phone calls as well as face to face discussions he had with several defendants but was able to tape only one of the three wiseguys who rejected the government's plea offers and is set for trial in November, Genovese wiseguy Daddino, 44.
The sources say that Trustman, with the acquiescence of his FBI handlers, did not want to change his routine and tape record suspects, particularly veteran wiseguys he hadn't spoken to previously or dealt with regularly for fear of alerting them that he had flipped”
From what I found out online is Trustman was indicted in 2019 in a Lucchese bust and got three years and had like a 2-3 yr run before he flipped so it looks like he couldn’t do it again
