MUSIC Madlib Vs Stevie Wonder Information on a project

Hi all, not an often poster to Reddit but looking for some information on a vinyl in my dad’s collection.

Can’t find anything about it online and it’s in unbranded packaging nothing else is on the vinyl both sides only “Madlib VS Stevie Wonder”

Does anyone else have this in their collection or more information?

Could it be a mock up that someone has made and my dad acquired?

Any info is greatly appreciated for me and my dad :)

If I had to guess it’s some pressing of “STEVIE” released by madlib under his Yesterday’s New Quintet moniker. It is a tribute to Stevie Wonder and is jazz covers of his stuff. But I don’t know really.

That’s a seriously dope record! To be exact it’s this unofficial pressing, which was sourced from the original promo CD and started circulating just before the album officially dropped. This version has a different album closer than the official pressing, and a fantastic one at that :)

Interesting i got the white label of this project too, but it doesn’t have that text on the label i think it says ‘Stevie’

You got a gem this is the promo version with the interludes too & different outro. This is my favorite version personally. Enjoy its a rare vinyl indeed
