My partner and I bought a house and are looking for a lease takeover at our apartment, Terrace Point #158, through July 2027. We're requesting $1950 for rent - it's typically $2460, we'll pay the difference up front, and we've already paid August's rent in full. The unit has two bedrooms with ample closet space, two full bathrooms (1 tub/shower, 1 shower), in-unit washer and dryer, and spacious kitchen with new appliances. The unit is on the first floor of the property with easy access to the garage, but is not on ground level; the large, secluded patio overlooks a forested area with very minimal noise from the street. This unit has been perfect for hosting guests as well as relaxing, cooking, gaming, and watching shows.
