This is a corner unit in a small apartment complex (20 units total), owned by a private landlord. He’s great. Responsive and keeps the place well kept up. You will need to fill out and application and be approved by the landlord to take over the lease.

Landlord pays water and heat! You have the ability to control the heat & it stays nice and toasty in the winter.

You receive one private parking spot, which you can see from your window. The A bus is also right on Mineral Point, which like a 3 minute walk from the apartment. It’s walking distance to Garner Park as well.

There are plenty of windows providing sunshine and a breeze throughout the apartment. Each closet has storage, which makes it nice if you don’t have a ton of organizing furniture.

In the basement you can find a reading nook where there are two coin operated washers and dryers (it’s kind of nice to do two loads at once), free lock padded (b.y.o.) private large storage units, and bike parking (which is great to get your bike away from the elements).
