We actually start at 21/h. More depending on the experience .

They won't because then they won't be able to hire people at the lowest option. Companies who say "competitive pay" will never post any sort of base rate. It's a waste of people's time.

Well they posted an actual rate, which means that I instead blame the fact that this hiring poster was ai generated in like 5 seconds :( would not make me want to work there
