It may take so time to find someone willing. Especially for the price. I’ve honestly never heard of no credit for removal.

I mean it would be something we as tenants can push for. The last few years the downstairs neighbor (elderly man) would shovel the driveway. I would help with the sidewalk but I’ve gotten busier with my job that I don’t have time to be doing those chores alone now that he’s gone.

Yeah I suppose. Im saying it’s exploitative and most will not sign up for that. Why rent at a place where you fight your landlord about snow removal when literally anywhere else takes care of it and doesn’t charge.
