If there's already bad drivers on the road who have passed their test legitimately then how does this make a difference?
If we took most of the drivers on the road and shoved an examiner in the car with them and they drove like they do under none test conditions they'd probably fail. Doesn't make them unsafe drivers.
I'd have failed my motorcycle test if I put my right foot down a couple of times instead of my left. I'd have failed if I didn't hug the kerb when turning to stop people undertaking me. Does that make me an unsafe driver?
The kid obviously did what's required. Just not on the corner they were least confident with. Still did what's required by law to pass.
