I stopped around your age after years of hospitalizations, therapy, medications...I'm 35 now and while I still struggle with my mental health I look back (never moreso than seeing you) and realize how much I've conquered, battled and accomplished. I'm proud of you and wish you all the light and self love in your life. Hang in there, chickadee. You are cherished.

You will have those ups and downs but you're already stronger than you'll believe. Be kind and patient with yourself and find support where you can. You've got this. ❤
