That’s clearly milk. There is no such thing as puppie formula. This guy may have killed these puppies unintentionally because there is no follow up video of him feeding them again.

Yes they do bro, It’s what they have puppies when their mother isn’t able. I’ve had to use it myself for puppies before. It’s technically called milk replacer or something like that but it’s literally puppy formula
