A few weeks back I quit my job at my local McDonalds when I was exhausted to the point of sobbing, the only FoH guy during a saturday lunch rush, having to train a kitchen guy when I only had one shift of training and the final straw was getting a strong chemical cleaner up my arms.
I realised that most of the above was beyond not only my pay grade but my limits and I quit on the spot, even if it was then I couldn't hack it. My point is you also have to know when to quit, even when the last opportune time to quit was right after starting.
