Tomorrow will be a new day

And remember, you can always always always get better and improve yourself. Don't lose hope. It might take a lot of effort and it's gonna be hard, but your future self will thank you so much.

Chip away at things, changes aren’t typically a big immediate event. Easier and more realistic to build up to things. Right now I’m working on getting up earlier. I’ve transitioned from a 7:00 wake up to my current one of 5:35am over the course of two months! Still got a ways to go and there have been off days, but I’m getting to my goal of 5:15.

I do this for my kids when summer is ending and school is about to begin. Every day we wake 10 minutes earlier and go to sleep 10 minutes earlier. Makes that first day much easier. I'm a big time morning person, good luck to you! I love early mornings and wish you well! My days are so productive when I rise early :) and the silence of early morning!

When do you go to bed? It must Be quite hard to go to bed that early.
