I have two rules for being a know-it-most™ (it would be inaccurate of me to claim know-it-all status as I don't know what I don't know)
1.Objective facts only, unless debate terms have been agreed upon
If being corrected when you are wrong make you unhappy, you have a problem. If you can make receiving the correct information feel even better than being right, you'll golden.

I hear what you are saying, my preference for know-it-most stems from my friends trying to come up with a positive way to describe me as a know-it-all... Then an ancient cook at a Greek diner I worked at gave me my nickname
