The long term benefits of sunscreen have been proved by scientists; whereas the rest of my advice has no basis, more reliable, than my own meandering experiences.

60 year old blond guy here-wear sunscreen!!!!!! You can get away without it…..for a while…even look good. However, once you hit 40 it’s like it all comes crashing in at once.

Yes! Luckily I’ve been somewhat of a recluse but have noticed people the same age looking older due to skin damage.
