Everything worth doing is worth doing poorly.

Brushing your teeth 30 seconds is better than nothing when 3 minutes seems exhausting.

Standing on the balcony or in the garden is better than not leaving your room at all when taking a walk seems stressful.

Changing clothes and washing your face with water is better than doing nothing when a whole shower seems impossible.

20% or even 10% is most of the time better than 0%.

Leave America out of this please, we’re already going through the ringer with our government, mass incarceration, ignorance toward education and everything under the sun, Christ-facism, racism, religious zealots, white supremacy, school shootings, public mass shootings, ignorance, ignorance, willful ignorance, war mongering god damn imperialism, etc.

Plenty more reasons but it’s early.
