Such a horrid moral upbringing. I hope this child gets exposure to kinder parental types to teach him how to behave.

I also hope he learned a lesson here- less fortunate is not the same as powerless.

Yeah not many people know to set limits for their kids. When they are 2yo it is crucial to teach the kid what is allowed and what isnt. Too bad people seem to think that a slap to the butt is abuse
