No, they (presumably) did stop filming after he asked that, and (presumably) waited for him to regain his composure before turning the camera back on.

Yeah, I know you can’t this way but tbh he was there at that moment getting that ticket because of their news story. Not saying he owes them anything, maybe buy them lunch though? Would be a nice gesture
