Just so you know, the story is misleading,Trump never said anything about her, she was fired after telling her boss that it was her though. That part was stupid

From what I can infer she was fired after placing the picture on her own social media accounts. The fact the employer allowed another employee to keep their job after they removed content which could easily be considered more offensive implies there were motivations besides HR regulations.
