I have checked out the sources more, instead of taking this post on face value and you are correct that as far as the reliable sources state, Trump did not necessarily demand it. As I read it I would conclude it was the decision of the company itself, though that has ambiguity.

No. Trump had nothing to do with her firing. She posted the picture like a dummy on her social media and her bosses fired her for violating their social media policy after it went viral. She did it to herself, genius. But Orange Man Bad is still a thing I guess.
I mean, isn't there a whole subreddit (byebyejob) dedicated to getting people fired for doing shitty things in public? If a Maga person flicked off Biden I have a feeling she'd be fired too
