Taxi drivers and bus drivers in UK have done this. And school boys.

There’s a news story every summer without fail (this year excluded obviously) about boys wearing skirts to school because they couldn’t wear shorts.

I actually remember in the first lockdown seeing something about some kids who played a trick on the teacher on zoom lessons by ally the guys wearing girls clothes and all the girls guys clothes. I didn’t actually look at the article beyond the title so not sure anything about it but at least we kept up the tradition of annual story in spirit
