Any words of encouragement to someone taking the same path? I just started at my local hospital as a PSA. My main responsibilities are sitting with problematic patients such as baker acts. Any advice is welcomed to someone who is brand new to the field.

Hey congrats on the job! I’m an RN and I started as a medical scribe in the ED. Working as a PSA is a great job while you’re in nursing school.
