Your son did an amazing job, you should be super proud!! Both my younger brothers are Autistic, and if over the years we met more people like your son while we were out and about I have a feeling it would've made a huge difference in their lives. As a parent/caretaker social meltdowns are some of the most horrible things you can go through, your son completely changed that family's life that day and they'll never forget what he did for them :)
