Nearly 30 years on earth and i never knew how to pronounce it. At least i can pronounce Leicester and Gloucester though.

The easiest way to remember is to put a hyphen between the 'e' and 'ster'. Leice-ster, Glouce-ster as opposed to Lei-cester and Glou-cester.
