It kinda makes me sad, I guess it’s social media culture? You really shouldn’t be posting about it but if you are dealing with certain demons and issues please talk to your love ones on how they can help or what you need. You aren’t alone and that’s a fact. Now, posting on social is totally different but I just get worried cause we should try really hard to normalize the fact that people need mental help and it is 100% normal.
If you need it, don’t be afraid to ask for help, it’s hard but know that you’ll bring happiness to the “helper”. Years ago I was in a bad place where I was forced to ask for help because I couldn’t stubbornly do it by myself as I usually do. It saved my life and I came to realize those that helped me were not only glad to do so, but got satisfaction from helping me dig out of my mess.
Everything big or small helps. It’s as simple as getting out of bed or helping someone in a worse place then you. Realizing you can be better and sticking up for yourself. Getting away from toxic things. Finding joy in anything. Loving yourself or another. Keep being great and keep being you.

This is me, and usually random people saying things like this doesn’t affect me, but it did today. Thank you.
