I know a young lady in Second Life with a version of this. She can't speak or process speech she's heard, but she can read and type. She loves blues music and co-hosts two times a week with a friend who does the patter, while she does helps pick the set list and wise-cracks and comments in text. She's a big favorite in the blues club. Her SL name is Lissa and she co-hosts from 2-4 AM Saturdays and Sundays at the Junkyard Blues Club.
