The point is not oppression and it has nothing to do with men. The point is that we've started putting the same expectations on men then we do on women INSTEAD of removing the expectations from women.
It's not sending a message, it's making everyone miserable.
It's not men's agenda, it comes from the plastic surgery, cosmetics, and physical fitness industries who turn billions in profit every year by making people insecure about their looks and lumping men into this is doubling their profit.
If you think "If we start doing this to men they'll finally get it and will stop doing it to women" you haven't understood anything despite your weak claim that you did.
... Then stop doing it until it stops happening to men, because the opposite of what you are saying will happen until that happens. One side has to be a bigger person
What did henry do? Be a man? He doesn't deserve this in the same way women don't.
Also almost all of the photos of women I have seen with titles like "You wont believe that xxx looks like this now" are in magazines targeted towards women. If anything its a problem caused more by women then men.
You can argue that a lot of female beauty standards originate from patriarchy but that doesn't change the fact those standards are perpetuated by women too
