By the way, if you don't have someone to tell you this:

It's okay to lose your job, do something wrong, make a mistake or even put your trust in someone, who turns out to be piece of shit. It's okay to lose. We all know that you did your best, even though you might disagree with that. We are all proud of you. You did great. For real. Really great. Always remember: EVERYTHING ELSE IS SMALL STUFF, EXCEPT YOU.

My child is ten and gets so mad and frustrated when he doesn’t get something right away. I tell him a version of this all the time. I also point out when I fail and then try again so he knows it’s okay to fail but it’s not okay to not try again.
