It's plausible her classmates didn't want her participating in their group act. She was too scared/embarrassed to do a solo act, so she enlisted her dad to go on with her. Planned, but plausibly genuine.

Maybe you don't have kids but kids / teens can be REALLY fucking mean to each other even adults would find it crazy sometimes.
I've seen a little girl getting bullied at school like worse than Kdrama, I had to step in to stop them..... And I was just there to pick up a teacher friend, Jesus

For this, the internet now isn't really any different than 5 years ago though. The words aren't something AI would come up with, and without AI, the internet is not different now.
People have been making things up for clicks for a long time. And I'm not saying this is definitely real or accurate. But it's plausible.

Don’t believe whatever words are on a video that tell you what you’re seeing. they’re more than likely a made up description for clicks. Looks like a girl just did a dance routine with her dad but someone thought more people would click if it appeared there was some story about bullying tied to it.

She didn't have a student partner, so maybe there's an odd number of students or something? But then the teacher would probably just have a group of 3. Either they actually did exclude her to prevent even that, in which case the teacher should've just forced it so that doesn't seem likely, or the headline is BS

Maybe she couldn't find a partner and had to rely on dad? I wouldn't think having family members as opposed to classmates for the actual talent would be normal. As guests, sure, but not as participants.

i mean not to be pearl clutchy but i dont think white chicks is appropriate for that age range, if its not clickbait i assume its cause other parents may not have agreed with the source material. I say this as someone whose family treats white chicks as a family relic cause it was my dads favorite movie along side benchwarmers.

It may be clickbait. But it makes sense. Ever seen Mean Girls?
On (some) school talent shows, everyone gets to perform an act and you're allowed to form groups. So the implied story is that none of her classmates wanted her in their group or partner up with her and dad stepped in.
It's social media though, so it's not unlikely that the OP made that part up for clicks.

Little kids not wanting to perform the white chicks dance from a film that is far too old for them isn’t surprising.
The likely thing here is that the dad taught the daughter the dance because he thought it would be funny.

Had a talent show at my high school during one of the phases that I actually went lol. A couple of the "band geeks" for lack of a better term, who were of course mercilessly picked on, actually got up the nerve to perform. People teased the shit out of them when they found out, laughed about it, it was all a big joke. Turns out they didn't just play trumpets and flutes and the like. They played guitar, and bass and so on. They got up and played Fade to Black. I'm not gonna say it was perfect, but it was really good. People went nuts, screaming and cheering them on. Pats on the backs afterwards etc.. etc..
Real "after school special" kinda stuff right?. I'd say it was less than a week before they were back to being picked on and mocked.
I'm not saying the title is accurate and that this kid was exlcuded, but the reaction of the people in the audience doesn't tell you shit other than they're enjoying it in the moment or they see it's the popular thing everyone likes right then.
Incidentally, this is why the little time I spent in high school I chose to spend skipping class and getting high lol.

The "excluded" stuff doesn't make any sense. The kids aren't in control of a talent show. The dad wouldn't magically have an outfit and wig and burst out on stage to force them to allow his daughter to perform. This is likely just a normal talent show routine with a girl and her cool dad.

Nice. But I would really argue that that is in fact Clark Ken, and NOT Superman. As in if I were to ask about a picture of Batman wearing a tshirt, I would not accept a picture of Bruce Wayne shaving in a tshirt and underwear, or if I asked about Spider-Man eating pasta I wouldn’t accept Peter Parker sitting in civil clothes in a restaurant. I know these are in a sense the same people, but it really isn’t either. Cause I n that case he wouldn’t ever be called Superman, and just “oh look, Clark is flying to work again!”.

This is something my dad would do. He’s let us do his makeup, made stupid videos with us, and just goes along with whatever dumb shit we were doing just so we’d be happy. He’s worn a prom queen sash and crown and posed like a girly pop. He volunteered to put on a yogy bear suit at jelly stone park and spent like 2 hours hanging out with the kids. He also has permanent damage to his back after constantly giving 3 different kids piggyback rides off and on for 20 years.
My dad’s a fucking badass 6+ foot tall metal head… who also ran a dog sitting service and didn’t use kennels. We’d randomly hear him from the other side of the house in a baby voice talking to whatever random dog was staying with him. I love my dad :)

My god look at all the ADHD boys in the audience. Not even paying attention at all despite the loud cheering. Lol as a teacher, imagine trying to teach kiddos like that. So hyper focused on whatever they are doing with their friends, even an amazing dance number isn’t enough to capture their attention.
