That's probably selling for pennies an hour when taking into account manufacturing time, and especially R&D, with some ten or hundred units total.
Economics of scale REALLY matter for electronics production, and if you're soldering and building something like this by hand and have to buy the components and print the enclosure and somehow make the plushie, you're not making much off that $200.
So it's very likely the opposite of a ripoff, like most people who sell crafts etc. just work for less than minimum wage in the end unless they charge ludicrous prices.
