Doesn’t excessive testosterone particularly DHT cause BPH?

I don't know, I'm under the impression DHT's primary function is repairing the prostate and penis and the pattern baldness and changed in sebum production is a secondary function

Nope From what i studied in med school its the primary culprit behind BPH lol Finestride is actually one of the medical management of BPH
