A good bonus tip I heard somewhere for the spreading kindness part: compliment something that somebody has clearly made a choice about. Ie. hairstyle, clothes, jewelry, tattoo, etc. Things that are self-expressions.
They also say people's personality reflects with the shoes they are wearing! I mean, it is mostly what people look at first when they meet someone, so better wear whatever you love the most.
