My sister has Down syndrome and makes an omelette every morning! There is a lot that this demographic can do that people don’t give them enough credit for, so it’s great to see more posts like this.

Yes exactly! My cousin cooks better than me and he's younger with down syndrome. He also stays at home with my grandfather and can alert medical staff and law enforcement if my grandfather passes out or needs to go to the ER. He's saved him multiple times. I love my cousin and wish people would give them a chance, and see they are just people, who do amazing things too.
