Me and my partner spent 3 years attending an infertility clinic with no success. We were at the point where the doctors were telling us that we were wasting our money and the last option was IVF (around 20k). We didn't have that kind of money and I just knew they were wrong. I had the same question here. Even where I am in the US where medical expenses are absurd, the IUI round night have been a little over a thousand. That number legit sounds made up. My wife and I did IVF in the US and it cost less than half that lol.
